There are two parking ramps within walking distance along University Avenue. There is also limited street parking in our neighborhood.
Yes! Metro’s 10 and 17 stop directly in front of our facility. The 2, 4, 6, 61, and 825 also come within a few easily walked blocks.
Yes! There are bike posts on our block.
We ask that everyone in your group arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your game. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, you may not be given the full 60 minutes to complete the game. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time of your game, you will be turned away without a refund. We have lots of fun activities in our lobby for your group to keep themselves entertained if there is a wait between when they arrive and when the game starts.
There are nearly 30 restaurants within a short walk of our facility. Please call us at (612) 787-2462 for a recommendation.
Yes, and they vary from room to room. Rooms are usually best with between four and six players to be playable, and usually max out at eight. Find minimum and maximum capacity for each room on each game’s ticketing page.
Yes! All players are on one team. Does this sound like a good team building exercise for your workplace team? It probably is! Email email@example.com for more information.
We ask all participants to sign a waiver before they play the game. Unfortunately, we can’t make any exception to this rule, so if you are unwilling to sign the waiver you won’t be allowed to play. A version of our waiver for minors is available as well. You can find our waiver online here.
Games with fewer than the minimum number of participants required for the game will be cancelled with the opportunity to reschedule. If you have insufficient players in your group, we strongly encourage you to recruit more players or to pick a time slot that already has the minimum number of players.
Yes! We sell individual tickets, so you are free to buy just one. Or two. Or seven! However many you want, up to the maximum capacity for that game. However, if you only buy some of the tickets for a game, it is possible that others will buy tickets for the same timeslot.
If you’d like to reserve the whole room exclusively for your group, you will need to buy all the tickets for the timeslot.
The only danger is a bruised ego.
Not at all. We are not a haunted house; we are more interested in challenging your mind, not your sense of safety.
The bathroom is accessible during the entire game. You won’t be penalized for needing to do what you need to do, but we won’t stop the clock.
While we do recommend you prepare for being in the room for the full hour before you sign up (that’s the whole point of the game), if you decide you must leave for any reason you can exit the game by simply walking out. None of our challenges lock you in. You will not be guaranteed readmission and you will not be given a refund.
We don’t recommend signing up for the same scenario you’ve already played, but we do have multiple games to choose from and you are welcome to play all of them.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours before the booking time.
